Refunds & Returns

*Orders ship within 1 business day from the day the order is placed.

***Free Items are non-refundable after 24 hours of purchase.**

*If you need to change any detail on your order, please contact us within 24 hours after purchase. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.

*Estimated Arrival times may vary during the Holiday Season

*Please note that Printandy is not held responsible for any loss of parcels. However, we will request the receipt which we sent to you on the day of purchase for verification purposes. We will then process the refund within 1 business day once we verify the details.

 

**Returns and Exchanges**

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to the warehouse for a full refund (Returns must be in the state you received them, and in the original packaging). You have to incur shipping costs to return the order back to our warehouse. You must ensure that there's tracking number for the package to avoid any package loss.

Full refunds are given as long as we receive and inspect the package. Please note that our return policy does not include ear cuffs, earrings, bodysuits, pantyhose, and apparel. These are final sale due to hygienic reasons.

 

**Charge Backs & Forced Returns**

Forced returns will be enforced on customers who raise a dispute on Paypal before the estimated arrival is completed despite having the tracking numbers. If the dispute is not dropped within the next 72 hours after tracking information was provided to the customer, we will immediately request a return of product in its original packaging to our warehouse once the customer has received the product. Refund will be processed by Paypal once we confirm the parcel was returned to us with no damage. Tracking numbers have to be sent to our support email at support@printandy.com.

*Please note that Printandy is not held responsible for any damage caused by any Printandy phone accessories to your cellular device.

Please note that refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to be returned to your account. If you're requesting an exchange, the merchandise you requested in your exchange form will be shipped immediately once your return is accepted, granted that they're in stock.
